Who We Are

Focus Assured Services is a totally independent consultancy that helps businesses and organisations save money on their utility bills. We don’t charge a fee for our services, preferring to take a commission from the recommended supplier when you are fully satisfied that we have reduced your utility bills.

Working from Real Utility Bills.

For clients seeking a reduction in their energy and telecoms, we’ll ask for copies of your utility bills. All of this data will be extracted into spreadsheets where we will make comparisons with the prices charged by a number of companies. Due to the Data Protection Act, we will also need a Letter of Authority from you to obtain all the information we need from your existing supplier.

Helping You Make the Transition

For energy and telecoms requirements, when you are happy with the new suppliers we have found, we will issue a Notice of Termination to your current supplier. We do this to ensure that you are not ‘rolled over’ automatically into a new contract before you have had the opportunity to move supplier.

We will help organise the move and, if it’s an energy supplier, we will brief you on any additional metering requirements that may arise.

If we’ve organised a review of your water charges, we will pursue our findings with your water supplier in order to reduce your water utility bills.
